I have just recieved an ESIR and I have zero idea as to what it means in regards to my record, reputation, employment restrictions....etc... Based in Australia and involved within the corporate sector I am not sure about the level of seriousness to be taken with a ESIR. Obviously its not a good thing but is one over a career enough or can they just come and go ?
Any info on these little tickets would be greatly appreciated...

Think it means Electronic Safety Incident Report and is some kind of automatic reporting system in Australia that well... reports you with regard to airspace violations etc..

If you ask the question in the Australian section you will get lots of info. First question for you is whether it was related to a reportable incident I.e you should've or will report it to the ATSB.
Sometimes CASA follows them up with an operator, seems to me to be monitoring the organization but I don't work in the same business so won't offer more except an opinion that a series of them by the one individual is evidence that is not good.

ESIR - What does ESIR stand for? Acronyms and abbreviations by the Free Online Dictionary. (http://acronyms.thefreedictionary.com/ESIR) says: European Society for Impotence Research

And yes, I think it could be a problem in records and also reputation...
