Oxford Aviation sold to CAE for C$314million (AUD$313.5million)

The message current OAA students received.

"Dear Student,
it was publically announced on the 16th May that CAE have purchased Oxford Aviation Academy.

For those students undertaking flying training at OAA as part of your Swinburne program, please feel assured that there are no proposed changes to the structure or delivery of your program. There will be visible changes as OAA is to be rebranded CAE Oxford Aviation Academy.
With the integration of CAE and OAA the university expects that in addition to the rebranding CAE Oxford Aviation Academy, that procedural / administrative changes may occur in the future and you will be informed accordingly.
The University supports the sale and we anticipate that the integration of CAE and OAA will bring further opportunities for students."

$314 million! That is 15.7 times what GFS was sold to OAA for!

It is the whole group though, GFS making up a pretty small part of it.
