Hi multiprops. N9949F(18-2007) was registered to Eastern Aircraft Sales Corp on 1 June 1953. It was ferried to the US via the UK during July and August 1953. If you need more information let me know. Cheers Ken

Does not show up in the FAA computer database. The closest were Model 18-56 s/n 2004 and 2008. It may be possible and write to the FAA in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and have them do a serch of the paper files.

Last known reg for this aircraft was N1508. Shows on the FAA register as sale reported, and was cancelled in May 2011.

I saw N9949F passing through Prestwick Airport when I was 12 years old!
