I would try:
Ryanair
AeroLogic (sometimes)
Cathay Pacific
Dragonair
Qatar Airways (are now not accepting applicants with just a 200hr TT but it will open again soon, regarding the QR thread)

Bare min for a cadet cpl/ir so 200 ish hrs for the latest cadets out of Oxford/Jerez etc
I thought DHL took modular?
Norwegian are/were accepting fATPLs with the only requirement being able to speak English. Oh and they accept modular if everything was done at one school.
Forgive me if i'm wrong, but dhl's website doesn't show any opening for pilots at the moment :\ are they getting their pilots direct through Oxford and such?

Aerologic requires at least 1000h total.
And for norwegian, I am afraid that there isn't any opportunity available on their website.

I really want a job at DHL Air UK. Rang them up the other week - was told no cadet recruitment until 2013, send in a CV towards the end of 2012.
