Hi guys,

Do airlines require to name the FTO you trained at in their application form?

If yes, what impacts might the name of the FTO have on the whole application?

Looking forward to some answers:ok:

I am of the understanding that the FTO report is quite important, it's what they take the majority of their information from before interviewing you.

It's pretty much your entire record of your time so far in the aviation industry (if it's before your first job anyway)...

Outside chance it might have a minor impact on any non-partnership first job application, but from then on in, nobody gives a rats arse where you trained.

Not entirely true. Of the two jobs I have applied for as an experienced pilot, both asked where I had trained. I have no idea how important the "right" answer was, but they did ask.
