Any body got any experience/information about PAT at Bournemouth for the CPL/IR?
(I am asking this for a friend)

Just started with them, and so far they have 10/10 in my books.
PS
Never heard a bad thing about Anthony and Lindas company which is rare! I visited them last year with a view to train with them and they seemed to be a very good team especially when it comes to the I/R.
No extra costs for the use of the sim and I suspect little cue time for extra hours in the A/C.

Reddo,
When I was looking to book my CPL/IR I was given 3 choices in the Uk from a VIP within the CAA based on pass rates and quality of training :
1 Exeter School of Flying
2 Triple 'A' at Humberside
3 PAT at Bournemouth
Your mate won't be disappointed.

I give them 10/10 and if you search for a thread "WWW returns and recommends a school" (when PPRuNe is Less busy :-( ) you'll find out why.

I did my GFT and IR with Anthony and agree with all above. Would say they are both good honest people!!

The place to go!
If you look through the old buildings and get past Bruno (head of security and catering removal) you will have entered a very nice flying school.
Excellent ME platforms (BE76 Duchess aircraft) and very professional instructors. The SE aircraft are a bit older and underpowered (BE24) but the cockpit has commanality with the BE76 so that helps.
As they only offer CPL and IR courses they are very dedicated.

Website?!? Are you mad. They only just got running water!
Some kind soul should knock up a page for them with the contact details - it would save me having to pass them out!
Cheers,
