Wondering if there might be an easy way of doing this. Any regular charter flights & if so which companies . The other options seem to be via Harare or Lusaka so any tips there also appreciated

Sefofane, Proflight, Ngwazi, any of the guys in Charles Prince (CATS, etc...) Giles Raynor?
It's not a problem to go Livingstone to Kariba - customs at both airports. How many people? Luggage? Aircraft? That'll narrow down your choices. Without that information, any advise is really irrelevant.

Wilderness is now based in Livingston and will be your best bet. The other companies are based in Lusaka and will charge you those legs as well
