Does anyone know when or even if the damaged A380 now in Singapore will return to full
service and be returned to Australia?

Came back to Australia several days ago. Look in the D & G forum, 'A380 Write Off' thread should do it.

It operated a couple of Sydney/Hong Kong rotations (QFA127/128) over the weekend, presumably to purge the demons before venturing farther afield.

That trent letting go probably did Airbus a favour, at least they found those cracked wing rib feet in a timely manner!
Come to think of it AD after AD and the world wide fleet had to be checked in IIRC something like four days but "It wasn't a problem".:hmm::hmm::suspect:
