Is there any way of setting windows live mail to autmoatically display emails with full HTML?

yes but i stopped usng webmail hotmail due to it being so slow on my windows 7 machine i dont want to giveup viewing emails as they are intended. I do run norton on my machine so I presume this should filter emails.

On a side note all junk mail is recieved on the laptop isnt it even if i dont open it?

Thanks for the reply.

Who's talking about Hotmail?
The link I gave you was about Windows Live Mail

As for viewing "e-mails as intended"... I'll put my pedant head on and point out that e-mail was only intended as a text messaging system
The later use of HTML code was a bolt-on, and a poor insecure one at that

I was merely explaining my reasoning for wanting to continue with HTML emails as I was used to the web based hotmail system.

I appreciate it may be insecure but id rather have it on.

Many thanks for your help
