I presume you need a ramp pass for Dubai airport - go to the pass office in the administration building at the far end of terminal one.You will need a letter on company headed paper requesting the pass plus copies of passport last page and visa page. There is a form to fill in - nothing you would not expect. As far as police clearance is concerned ask what is required from staff in the office - been in there many times and always found them polite and helpful. When I used to go there the documents you submitted to the pass office were sent to the airport police for clearance. Hope this helps

im guessing you're after an Indian AEP ... best to get your airline to help you out... the requirements for getting a police verification vary from city to city.

AEP (Police Verification)

FYI: your company has to draft a letter to Spl. Branch [Delhi] Police vide BCAS, stating you are a pilot and why you need such verification in order to obtain an AEP.

You need to submit the BUREAU OF CIVIL AVIATION SECURITY AIRPORT ENTRY PASS (AEP) APPLICATION FORM (AEPAF), so it can be endorsed by the Security Department of the Organization/Local Police Authorities (the local police branch of where you live, e.g.: Police HQ in Hauz Khas, New Delhi).

In my case, after six or eight weeks the police never replied and the file was apparently lost.

Company submitted a new “verification” request this time to the FRRO. With their [FRRO] stamps/receipts on the company request letter, and on the AEP Application Form, the AEP was eventually obtained from BCAS.

Copy of the lease of your dwelling as well as your contract of employment have to be attached.

If you or your company knows someone at FRRO and at BCAS it helps a lot!

hi zuck, the airline really needs to be on board with you ... infact they will have to send a letter on their letter head to the respective police authority. so try and have a word with them.
