Does anyone know of any events to celibrate 50 years of the VC-10.

Could be an event titled like they say about the B52,s " Come and fly the aircraft my Father / Grand father flew". Nice old plane though, only managed to fly on one once in very early 70,s.:ok:

Given that one of RIAT's themes this year is "Skylift" - airlift and refuelling over the years - it is surprising that a VC-10 hasn't been invited (or indeed a Tristar).
