AirAsia Mass Walkout & Refunds/Insolvency

I am blog journalist seeking confirmation of the facts surrounding a rumored mass resignation at AirAsia earlier this week. It has been alleged that ten Indonesian pilots resigned, and undisclosed number of Thai pilots. Or was it a redundancy? If anyone has any information, particularly if you are one of the crew involved, I would appreciate it if you could please forward me details.
