If you look at the history for that aircraft, a (PA34T), you'll see it regularly flies in the Flight Levels, and is heading for Moree, or a strip nearby!

Can't find the answer on their site, but looks like it is only showing aircraft squawking a code. Possibly only IFR?
What's the delay on it?

I tracked an aircraft today - it would appear to be very little delay

From the FAQ page:
How live is FlightAware's tracking and status data? (Back to top (http://flightaware.com/about/faq.rvt#questionlist))
The data displayed on FlightAware.com is typically 30 seconds to five minutes delayed from real time depending on the data source and government regulations. You can contact us (http://flightaware.com/about/contact/) if you have a commercial need for real-time data.
How often does the data update or refresh? (Back to top (http://flightaware.com/about/faq.rvt#questionlist))Depending on the data source, updates are usually one to four times a minute. For transoceanic flights, it may be every couple hours while over water. For registered members that are logged in, (http://flightaware.com/account/manage/) pages will receive more frequent updates.

With the last couple of flights I've flown , it seemed to track them very accurately . We were conducting practice approaches and I was surprised it reported alts for each stage of the approach accurately including minima.
A friend tracked my last flight , we worked out it was very close to realtime.
Baswell we were IFR however I think it tracks based on discreet squawk code as I've notice a number of flights cruising at VFR levels.

Did we ever get an answer on the true delay? Did ASA have a 15 min delay?
