Heard a rumour that they are grounded for 2 weeks. Can anybody shed some light on it?

Might be a reaction to the cracking issue discovered on the Mt Cook fleet in NZ, however 2 weeks sounds unlikely. The Mt Cook fleet were older (but very well maintained) and I believe the inspection only takes a few hours per aircraft.

Like I said it was only a rumour. Glad to hear it is not true. Might be a case of "Chinese Whispers" based on overhearing a conversation about forecast maintenance for the inspection. All"s well........
