Airservices - General Aviation Option

Hi all

Does anyone know how to get on the General Aviation Option for air-nav charges? There used to be a form on the Airservices website but it's gone and now there is just a general statement in the terms and conditinos that they may 'offer' the GAO at their discretion?

Call them in Finance Canberra and they will send the form out or Email it to you
