Same Armenian reg'd aircraft ex-Nippon Cargo/Air Bridge Cargo/Eurex/ARK.
Skytrain Airlines seems to be a Ukrainian company planning a hub at Treviso with routes to Nikolaiev and Munich using a B737-300 wef May1st.
