Hello.

I'm looking for some advice regarding obtaining an EC155 rating preferably in Europe. For various reasons Eurocopter in France is not an options. That would of course have been the most logic place to start ;)
So far I've seen that Starspeed in the UK offers an EC155 rating. Has anyone got any experience with that company?
Are there alternatives to the above mentioned company?

Thanks.

Starspeed - top company with excellent instructors. I did my 365N2 renewal with them in 2009.

Alternatives - Could try Bristow at Norwich - though it would probably be expensive, subject to aircraft & instructor availability.

Just to add a second vote for Starspeed. They are very highly regarded and have excellent instructors.

Heli Aviation in Germany just got the approval for the VFR type rating training. Though I dont know how much a VFR only rating on that ship is worth in todays world...
