Hi guys,

Got a full EASA B1 and got an HS125 TR but the company I currently work for has not got any other EASA licensed engineers , only FAA and as the a/c is a M reg. the FAA is accepted.

Now I am interested to issue my TR and obviously I need the signatures of an EASA B1 with HS125.

I spoke to the CAA , as they are regulating the Isle of Man (M) and they said they might accept the work sheets signed by an FAA engineer as the Isle of Man accepts the CRS issued by these engineers but they cant confirm.

The problem is that I will loose the fee if they decide to not accept it.

Anyone had any similar situation or can suggest a solution to this?

Thanks

CY

Provided the company is 145 approved there shall be no problem even if the aircraft are N registered and the engineers are FAA licensed.
I worked on N registered 727s and the ones that signed my papers were a mix of FAA licensed, Icao licensed, JAR licensed....etc but none was EASA approved and had no prob with the license issuance.
