Maybe Modlin - EPMO if it needs to be in Poland :)
Or Gdansk - very large hangar and they have good prices for landings and hangar space...
But the question needs to be precised anyway.

Gdansk cheap...
They wanted 700 Euros equivalent for one night in that hangar. Not cheap by anybody's standard. De-icing much cheaper.

Why looking for a cheap airport when the customers want to fly out of the expensive ones? We have done the sums a few times and it turns out to be cheaper to leave the ac in a desirable but more expensive destination and get the work than positioning for work. (only exception being LCY)
