in BOEING 737ng IPC i find a bolt P/N is nas8703u4. and when i install on engine the bolt is a littler longer than the bolts on the engine.the effect code is right.and there is only P/N:nas8703u4 in the IPC for this bolt.who can tell me where is wrong?
by the way:the head of the bolt on the engine write :-3 。and the head of the P/N:nas8703u4 write:-4。but it also can install on the engine。

Perhaps the previous bolts were incorrect!

As spanners says!

Your best yet is to fire off basically what you wrote here to your airlines tech services dept, with a photo of the installation, and the pages from the IPC you have identified, explaining your findings, and they will be able to advise you what path to proceed down! (Most likely...work to the IPC!).
