With Jetstar Asia, Jetstar Pacific and Jetstar - are the crews all separate? That is, is there a common roster or are routes exclusive to these companies each with separate rosters.
If not, are all Jetstar aircraft registered in Australia?

Even as an interested observer I can answer this.
The AOC is different and aircraft are registered from their base
The ownership is different - Jetstar Australia (100% Qantas), Jetstar NZ (100% Qantas), Jetstar Asia (49% Qantas, 51% Singaporean individual), Jetstar Pacific (30% Qantas, 70% Vietnam Govt/ Vietnam Airlines (at least it will be shortly if the press is to be believed), Jetstar Japan (42% Qantas, 42% JAL, 16% Mitsubishi)
As a result all crew and staffing contracts are different.
There are however crew based outside Australia operating on Aus-registered aircraft.

The NZ operation uses VH- registered aircraft, with a small number of crew remaining on the Australian EBA, the rest are on a NZ contract.

Correction Jetstar(or should I say Qantas), JAL and Mitsubishi have a third voting rights each however JQ/JAL contribute 42% and Mitsubishi 16%. Not a bad deal for Mitsubishi. Bruce is very generous with somebody else's money......
