Does anyone know how long it takes to get an upgrade at SC?

If You want to fly in "The Capital of the north," Tromso, all you need is 3000 hrs, and a few months in the RH seat.
Seniority is not a problem. In a short while they are 14 FCs short up there.

Thank you for that info. Do you also know what the salary is for a FC in SC after one year in the right seat?
