I want to endorse CTLS on my Indian PPL, can anybody suggest me flying school?

I know nothing about the Indian scene, but...
(1) You'd be better off asking on the private flying forum,
(2) Try asking Deepak Mahajan in London (http://www.londonairsports.com/www.microlightsport.co.uk/); he's an Indian teaching on the CTSW, so may know who is reliable in India on similar types.
