Unfortunately once again...:uhoh:
Accident: Sriwijaya B733 at Yogyakarta on Dec 20th 2011, runway excursion (http://www.avherald.com/h?article=447f70f9&opt=0)
However this quote its interesting:
"The aircraft had aborted the approach to Yogyakarta due to weather conditions (heavy rain and insufficient visibility of less than 500 meters) and diverted to Solo, however, again could not land in Solo due to weather and diverted to Surabaya, where the aircraft refueled. The aircraft subsequently departed for Yogyakarta where weather was reported sufficiently improved so that the crew attempted the landing."
Curious...i heard this same CKM over the Istanbul APP on the delivery flight last September.
