One of the comments on youtube video suggests the shop is closing?

No - the new helipad (310'AGL) is on the brand new PFI Royal London Hospital. The old helipad (120'AGL) has been sold and will be removed very soon. The old hospital is becoming the new Dentist school.

I did my first couple of take-offs & landings at the hospital today. A nice change not having all the low-level crane & chimney obstructions to contend with.

I forgot - just for Savoia - the Captain in the video is Johnny Crewdson - son of John - & who I was flying with today.

There is no context of the pad being part of a new building in the reports.
