4th Class 1 medical renewal

Hii Guys
Question, does 4th renewal means 5th year (i.e 4th renewal year) with respect to the year i got the initial one done, or actual 4th medical(3rd renewal). Got the initial done in June 2008, couldn't do in 2009 including the time my class 1 medical remain lapsed, first renewal in Mar 2010, second Mar 2011.So should i contact AFCME Delhi or Medical renewal centers. please guide

Initial Medical
1st Renewal
2nd Renewal
3rd Renewal
4th Renewal


So its your 5th medical examination.. or 4th renewal. :ok:

Every 4th renewal in AFCME Delhi or Bangalore only. Make sure u give then 4months notice if u r not employed.

June 2008-Initial
Mar 2010-First renewal
Mar 2011-second renewal
So it has to be third renewal, but my confusion is regarding the 8 months period(July 2009-Feb 2010, during that period my medical was not valid). Is renewal year the one in which medical was supposed to be done or actually been done( my god i have confused my own self). technically it would me my third renewal.

hi, i had the same issue last year, and had gone to AFCME to get it cleared. In your case, this counts as your third renewal and you can get it done at any of the medical centres. ( it doesnt matter, if u didnt get your renewals done on time in between). Hope this helps......
