gliding at EK

Hi everybody,

I'm not with EK jet but I have selection date in January 2012. One issue is interesting me. I'm a glider pilot as well and I'm wondering if EK mind if you do some competition flying during your vacation. Let say in Africa. Because somewhere I've heard that you cannot skydive if working for them. So it might be issue for gliding as well.

Ask to go on the A340 as that is a bit like a glider in descent:ugh:

The restriction on skydiving is only during layovers. Not during duty.

Gliding should be no problem, even during layovers and surely during vacation.

Yes, no problem, I go Gliding on my vacations.

As has also been stated, the ban on dangerous sports is only during layovers. A lot of the guys Skydive, rock-climb, Moto-cross etc on their own time.
