Could anyone give an opinion on choosing either the King Schools or the FSI online courses? They're about the same cost, and look very similar.

I went for FSI in the end - there appeared to be more course material. Caution when ordering either, as it's not immediately obvious that the online access is strictly limited to either 60 or 90 days, depending which you choose. You may be able to negotiate a longer period.
In theory one can get through the course in a few days; in practice it's useful to have a refresher after a few months, or, at least, that's how I've used this information in the past.
