A320 Simulator & Type Ratings In Sri Lanka?

Hi there,
I've heard that there is a brand new A320 full flight simulator in Sri Lanka.
Does anybody know if it is available for private sector or just airlines only?
Also, are there any local TRTOs in Sri Lanka (or nearby) who can give me a type rating?
If so, who can I contact for more info?

UPDATE: I have found out that the simulator is owned and operated by SIM Industries in partnership with SriLankan Airlines & that there is a local TRTO called South Asia Aviation Services (SAAS) offering A320 type ratings to private pilots. They have a fan page on facebook with lots of info & pics showing them using the new SIM. All seems legit but I'm making further inquiries and will post another update if I get more info.
