Photos of my paintings depicting RFDS and Air Ambulance aircraft. I've had requests to see more,so,here they are. Some you have seen on other threads, most are new. All are acrylic on stretched canvas.

Thanks to Jamair for technical advice.

*WARNING*..The following art works contain images of IFR medical aeroplanes with only ONE engine. Viewers who are offended or agitated by such sights are encouraged to view these paintings with eyes tightly closed (Wally Mk2,I'm looking in your general direction)

I like that Island scene, with the LR............can you do one with say an Israeli built jet at a remote Island location? :E

Marvellous work yet again, I know the owners appreciate the detail and care that go into these :ok:

Awesome paintings Aye Ess!

Those paintings of FDD are my favourite. FDD would have to be the nicest King Air I have ever flown, a truely well balanced, well maintained, well looked after machine.

That one of the KingAir landed Furthest Corner cancelling sarwatch pushes my buttons..
Always have a soft spot for QueenAirs. The ex-RFDS A65-B80 that we registered ABC in Dec. '85 was the only one with the bigger engines that we received. It had a radar altimeter that we took out to get more luggage in the nose locker. Can't say now what Aus rego she had been. Previously we had used the A65-8200 or A70 models for the passenger services and charters.

Love your work Aye Ass, they are all great paintings. The cancel sarwatch painting got me going. I would be interested to know what something like that would be worth, if you could PM me?

Great work.

I'm sure The Strez will want a copy of that PC12 at Headland, as I'm sure I've seen that somewhere before. :p

Want to put in an order for a KingAir and PC12 to remind me of the good old days. PM on its way....

...............ahhh as I peer up at the wall in front of me here in my study I see two of the originals shown here on this thread. 'AE' yr work will be worth millions in the future but how about we get 2gether now & make a killing whilst we can still spend it?:)

I had a quick peek at yr SE A/C paintings & luckily I crossed my eyes to look closer & saw two engines on each airframe, so all good you've done well, safety in No's:E
I've had a LOT of comments on the Air Ambo fleet painting could have sold it a dozens times over but I like being the owner of a one off masterpiece:ok: As for the Lear that plane looks like it's about to launch out of the actual painting!Another stunning photo-realistic masterpiece:ok:
I hope you never find another woman there 'AE' yr work would deteriorate:E
There's two more to be commissioned sometime in the future, that will complete my career in acrylics.:ok:

............oh I don't 'Jabadabadoo' I might not finish off on that overgrown Frog built model plane so who knows where it will all end:ok:

As for yr comment re the Israeli jet on or should I say near a remote Is even AL pal would find it hard to paint that as the acrylics would run due excess moisture if he wanted to make it realistic:E

Thank you so much fellow Ppruners for your encouraging comments. I started painting a few years ago as a hobby, but now, I'm considering going at it as a career.....something to aim for anyway.
Jaba....the Israeli jet you speak of would have to be done in 'water' colours.
Cancel Speed....PM is on its way
Trojan.....haven't done any helicopters yet,always a possibility.
Fondair....the photo of the painting does indeed make the foliage luxuriant, but it is far more subdued in the real painting.
Wally....No woman, know painting. Know woman,NO painting !! Actually my girlfriend thinks I'm a stalker. Actually, she's not my girlfriend. YET !!

Auster used as an air ambulance based Cairns early 1960s

Would that happen to be the same Auster Bob Norman used to fly? The one he actually got airborne inside the hanger during a cyclone? If so, Bob Jnr may be interested in acquiring it?

I imagine Sir Bob would have flown the Auster. My partner is one of Sir Bob Norman's daughters. She / we would love to to have the painting on our wall together with the B200 FDO which I first flew. Will have to beat Bob Jnr to it.:)
PM to AS
