Where is the best place to do a Cheiftain and Baron rating in NZ or East Coast of OZ? and how much per hour am I looking at paying?

I think there is only 2 private barons in NZ or something along the lines of that, but Mainland Air in Dunedin has a PA31 you may be able to do a type rating in.
