Could you guys help me to find the forms for the application of a Type Rating in the UK CAA website?
What are the forms i need, i think i need 2 or 3 (payment included)?

Type form SRG1119 & payment form SRG1187. Possibly SRG1183 depending on exactly what you're doing. Double check in LASORS, I think Section F. Or email the CAA for final clarification.
