flight school conundrum !

hello aviators , I am a student from india and i wish to pursue a career as an airline pilot. I need your help in choosing a school. I have shortlisted three and now i need to make a decision among the three.

#bay flight aviation NZ
#air hawkes bay NZ

i request you to point out the pros and cons and help me with my decision

I didn't think you needed a pilots licence to fly in the airlines in India?
