I'm trying to convert from FAA license to EASA, which we all know is a complicated and expensive procedure. Does anyone know if the FCC license that pilot's get in the US to operate radios internationally is valid as a radiotelephony license? There's an extra 75 quid I could save if I didn't have to do it in England.
