No one except Indonesia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, Macau and probably some others as well.

depends how much experience you have (preferably on Type) and whether you're talking about Contract or Permanent employment.
Think Cathay are recruiting Second Officers at the moment from around the world.
