Maybe time for a change from my current outfit......Quite interested in what Airtours can offer....Looking for some info on lifestyle and whats the morale like!

Depend which fleet.
Short Haul, as per any charter summer v v v busy. Max hours every month, lots of night Greek Islands and Turkey and Canaries.
Winters quieter.
The mix of Long and short Haul better as with the current FTL agreement a pretty slack roster, even peak summer.
Great a/c, some great people.
Morale, hmmmmmm different question. On going Pay negotiations from April this year.
Other than that, there are much worse companies to work for. ;)
