A while ago now, someone posted a video of the Merlin doing final tests of autorotations before being cleared for service. Tried to find it to show someone, can I hell find it....
Anyone know where it might be hiding?

That's the one! It's been a while, got confused. Easily done for me....
Was just having the usual chat with a non-believer about helicopter engine failure / we're doomed etc etc.

What a flare....
I´ve done a few autos in the SH-60 and was amazed at how high you have to take the nose. That looks very similar.
Do that in a Sea King and you´re going backwards...

Must feel spooky. Looks like you're staring at the sky for quite a few seconds. All that time, you're probably thinking about the tail.... :O
