It is casual wear. Jeans and a tshirt are fine, so are trainers/sneakers. You can wear whatever you want. If you show up in a pilot shirt with black slacks and dress shoes, you´ll look like a dork, (especially if you have shoulder boards and a nice set of wings over your breast pocket).
