What's using my webcam ?

SKYPE tells me it can't acess my webcam as another program is using it. Not according what I can see, but am I seeing it all ? Any idea how I can check ? Muchas Gracias.......

Check whether there's something else installed and running that would possibly ever make use of a webcam, then close it and see if Skype succeeds.

Reboot your computer.... does the problem still occur ? If so, check your startup items.
