hi, i'm a student about to graduate in aerospace engineering . My interests concern on flight mechanics and flight control systems. My thesis work focuses on the implementation of a flight simulator of a Cessna CJ3..

Cessna (cessna.com) will tell you of any CJ3 sims..and the manufacturers of those sims... Hope that helps. TP

the problem is that cessna.com give only partial information...for example if you have to say about the maximum deflection of the elevator and the time rate of this action you don't try anything.

I suggest you write to Cessna directly and ask. You are going to need far more information just deflection. Is that on the ground or at 300 kts? Force required changes greatly.
