QR 77W in Iceland [Archive]

According to posts on Twitter, a QR 77W is sitting on the ramp at Reykjavik at this very moment. Not sure from where it came or where it's headed to.

Anyway, hopefully a non event and hope that everyone is well.

ETOPS - Diversion I would suspect at the very first moment. Could be also medical issue as well. Have that now and then out of the Middle East Region, people are too nervous and excited about flying, clapping after arriving at destination and some try to "taste" the concrete or soil.

Doesn´t mean that it is always technically, could be New Citizen of Planet Earth as well who came much earlier as expected and the next Hospital welcomes her / him in a cooler environment then Departure / Destination place.

They were very happy with Qatar Airways since the airline gave them a free transport from Iceland to LHR and then to Doha and free stay at the hotel with all the expenses paid
