Would like to know if general aviation seaplane (amphibians) operations are allowed in Fiji and Tahiti, e.g., in their harbors, lagoons, etc., and if there are any designated seaplane bases in both locations, and rules that generally apply to "general avaition" type flying. Also, whom the best point-of-contact might be relative for the above. TH
