What happened there? Did he turn too tight and get into a high-speed stall?

As i understad it was also crewed with a navigator who sadly perished...

Looks more like a LOW-speed stall (at least for a fighter). Perhaps he forgot to pop out some slats/flaps as he slowed - or the auto-slats failed to operate. Or the artifical stability failed (I have no clue what wizardry goes on in the aerodynamics of that particular plane).
Pretty classic wing-drop and incipient spin entry (not enough time or altitude for a full spin to develop).

Google news reports the aircraft was a two-seat JH-7 (http://www.google.com/hostednews/afp/article/ALeqM5iQrq_InRuoXNN24wqNFiJfHPj5FQ?docId=CNG.df12618f0e6aa1f 07c616c66485fdd46.411), and one of the crew died in the crash.
