"Unfit to fly"

Does your company have a policy towards "not fit to fly"? If so, what is the deffinition and what is regarded as a legal and accepted reason for "not fit to fly"?

Well I think it's up to the individual? Only you know how ill you are - the company can't really tell you you're fit or not?? My company just says we shouldn't fly if unfit and pretty much leaves it at that apart from the general stuff about drugs/alcohol etc.
