I haven’t landed at the Priory Bay Hotel, Isle of Wight in about six months. I was aware there have been some changes w/ Bembridge & Sandown. I just called Bembridge, but their phone number is no longer working.

Would anyone know if it is still the procedure to call Bembridge A/G on 123.25 or self-announce on the frequency if no reply?

I flew into Bembridge the other day in a 109 . Didnt manage to get any ppr and no reply on radio . there was someone on freq when i left but no control . Also be aware that there is no fuel there or at Sandown .
Lastly be careful landing at the PrioryBay  I agreed £50 for the weekend landing next to their pitch and putt course ....was then asked to move on Sat afternoon which i couldnt due to too much vino .....turned up Sunday , as agreed , and they had clamped my heli and demanded £150 to take the clamp off  Luckily i found a way to escape ....but be aware !!!!!!!!!!!
ps i wouldnt eat there either if you know whats good for you ...
