Perhaps it might be better if they put up a few loudspeakers in drones and played 24/7 a selection from Cliff Richard,Val Doonican,the Stones,BobGerroff,Apocalypse Now,633Sdn,an occasional `muezzin` calling all to prayers at odd times,a Labour PartyPolitical Broadcast,and something Chinese...might make a difference...They could also drop some free tickets to a U2 concert,or Glastonbury perhaps...
