According to an article in the Washington Post, 20 people were injured on a Lufthansa jet enroute from Charlotte to Munich in heavy turbulences on Sunday Oct 2nd. The plane was diverted to BOS but later continued its flight to Germany:

Since when is LH flying from Charlotte to MUC??? Can anybody shed some light on this news report?
