Had to laugh at this one.
If you would know the back ground and experience level of some at the SC plant you would be surprised.
You get what you pay for!

Must be tough working there that they had all those anti-anxiety drugs

So, am I surprised to find out about the drug use. Errrr no

It took them 4 years of investigation, (since 2007). I mean, were these investigators like the taste testers at the brewery or something? Keep testing until the supply runs out or what. The four years seems to be the surprising part.

hardly a 'sweep' if it takes 4 years!!

4 years is anyway related to B787 delays?

Bu not to leave Airbus out, how many years of delays on A350 can be attributed to drug use or sideline of drug sales?

IIRC the PA plant is the old Vertol helicopter plant, unrelated to the 787.

The BBC VERSION (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-15120995) of the story says the plant in question was purely for military aircraft: Chinook helicopters and Osprey tilt-rotor aircraft.

I wonder if they are willing to now share some of those drugs with the folks now flying those aircraft.
