Mrs Glf, had booked with FlyBe from UK to France, for a weeks break in a few days tiime.

Now has a bad case of flu, and is trying to reschedule.

I have only managed to find a £1 per min phone line, and from UAE is rather a joke...

The web site does not have any suggestions as far as I can see, to assist passengers, in this regard.

She can gt a sick note from a "walk-in" (what ever that is), and hopes that FlyBE consider this an ACT of GOD, unless acts of god only work to the companies benefit.

My question, is there any FLYBE staff on PP, and can they suggest a direct comms method.

a PM would be perfect....I do live in hope......

best regards from sandy bottom.

+44 1392 268529 - from their website. It's a normal geographic (Exeter) number.

SAYNOTO0870.COM - Non-Geographical Alternative Telephone Numbers (http://www.saynoto0870.com/search.php)

Gives a few actual geographic numbers, but, I'm not certain
how helpful they will be...

To be honest I've found their Customer services to be one of
the most frustrating experiences around, and, I include Easy and
BA in that!

Unfortunately I'm one of the regular victims of the cancelled (sorry DELAYED) 15:45 SOU-MAN
route, then magically NOT cancel it but put everyone on the 15:45 and 16:30 on the same plane.
But.... the 15:45 isn't cancelled, no no just delayed.....

AArghh........... Can't even vote with feet!!!!!!!!

Good luck, you'll need it!
