Hi
At the moment I'm looking for a flight school in usa to do my cpl and me but for some reason they include a single engine aircraft 20hrs and 10 hr on a ME ?Does this mean,when I achieve my cpl do I get a ME and SE CPL ???

In answer to your question:
Who is they? A flight school that you contacted?
In the USA you will generally (99%) do a Commercial Single Engine and a Commercial Multi Engine because you need both.
Entry level jobs as a Commercial Pilot in the US usually means flight instruction or any other sort of work in a SE airplane. Banner towing, glider towing, traffic watch and if you have >500 hrs TT Charter flights in a SE.
If you don't break anything in a year or so you will generally be allowed to start flying multi engine also.
If you don't break the twin you will upgrade to the Turbo prop and so on.
